The School of Graphic Communications Management is pleased to offer the only degree-granting program in Canada for managers in the printing industries. Students will graduate from the four-year program with a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree and have the skills and experience necessary to work in a management role within the exciting and rapidly evolving printing industries.
While at Ryerson, students will have the opportunity to work with dedicated and knowledgeable faculty members in the state of the art Heidelberg Centre, which is equipped with industry leading facilities and equipment. The school prides itself on offering a well-rounded education and students can look forward to taking courses in printing technology, business and liberal studies.
The School of Graphic Communications Management has strong connections to industry and holds a yearly job fair for its students to ensure that they have the opportunity to network with employers. In between third and fourth year, students will complete an internship within the printing industries to gain valuable hands-on experience and form important industry connections. Many students will have multiple job offers before they graduate.
The goal of the School of Graphic Communications Management is to graduate individuals who will become effective professionals in the printing industries with a solid foundation of education and technical training to enable them to develop as professional managers.
